Kerala is the southern most state of India. Kerala enjoys unique geographical features that have made it one of the most sought after tourist destinations in Asia. Kerala is the land of Ayurveda, serene beaches, backwaters, hill stations, spices, tea, rubber, People of kerala are called as Malayalis or Malayalees or Keralites . A colloquial term Mallu is also used. Kerala (1956-2006) is celebrating its golden jubliee year of formation.
